Terms of service
The service
PayCert helps contractors prepare payment claims, track retention, variations and payments, and keep compliance documents. You remain responsible for checking every claim, invoice and document before you send it, and for complying with your contract and tax obligations. The app's calculations follow the settings you enter; it does not give legal, tax or quantity surveying advice.
Your account
Keep your login details private. The account owner is responsible for the people they invite and the roles they give them.
Subscriptions
After the free trial, plans are billed monthly in advance through Paystack. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month. If a subscription ends, your data stays available in read-only mode. See the refund and cancellation policy for when we refund.
Your data
You own the data you put into the app and can export it at any time. See the privacy policy for how we handle it.
Fair use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to upload malicious files, or to try to access other organisations' data.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
